I have bought many used vehicles out of state and either flown or drove to pick them up. All of those experiences turned out to be nightmares until I met Joe Klaben of Klaben Motors. This young man was on vacation when I called about the car he was advertising on cars.com, so I spoke to his father. But being the personable type of man he is, Joe called me himself and we agreed upon the numbers over the phone. I figured the car would have some issues not seen in the photos, but this wasn't the case, not with Klaben Motors! I drove six hours to get my 2003 Lexus GS300 with 31K one owner miles on it, and felt like a King, when I left this dealership! Yes, I was treated THAT good! Joe is a very down to earth no nonsense businessman that takes care of his customers AND his staff, and you can tell by the way they all worked together during my deal, that they are a happy bunch of people working in harmony so customers walk away with a smile. Small dealership with BIG results....that best describes Klaben Motors. Thanks again, Joe, for being the best at what you do! I love my Lexus!

In my lifetime, I have purchased many cars, new and used. Every time I have to buy a car, I always seem to get the runaround from at least one dealership. Three months ago, when I was looking for a car, I had one of my lifetime worst experiences with a dealership in Akron. I was very frustrated with the buying process until I walked into Klaben and was greeted by Joe Klaben. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He was very patient with my questions. Probably one of my best buying experiences. I waited to write my review, in case I had any servicing issues with my car. Three months after I purchased my car, the routine mileage servicing was due. I dropped off the car all was fine. A few weeks later, I noticed oil leaking. I called Joe Klaben about the leak. He suggested I drop I the car off. I didn't have the time. So he said his mechanics could take a quick look for me. I did. I waited about fifteen minutes. The oil was just excess from the routine servicing. Some of the oil collected in a groove, so when the water from the air conditioning released, it pushed the oil from groove. From the sales process to the servicing of my car, Klaben has earned my respect and business.
